i encountered a slight delay during check-in, it took longer than expected, approximately 20 minutes.

i found the staff helpful and efficient. breakfast included a good selection of both western and asian dishes i liked the fresh coffee. the room had elegant furniture and decorative details i found the bed spacious and comfortable. dinner at tang court was great the salted crispy chicken stood out as particularly delicious.
the check-in process was a little slow when i arrived i had to wait a short time for my room to be ready.

The staff showed real care. THEY helped my wife and me at every turn. The housekeeping was super clean. I also enjoyed one of the best club lounges I have visited. When we return, we will book again.
The gym has outdated equipment. More modern machines would improve the experience. I still used the available equipment. It was a minor issue.

This hotel is very close to shops and restaurants. It is a short walk to the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station. The Star Ferry Terminal provides transport to the island. EVERYTHING was very accessible.

i enjoyed the club lounge service there it is really great. miss kelly tsang confirmed my arrangement before my stay. she helped me arrange everything so well. miss christy chow knew my drink and food preferences. all the lounge staff were friendly and polite.
the gym area is good but the outdoor pool is small it is a slight downside.

dated roommissing bidet
The room i got felt a bit dated. the shower lacked a thermostatic control. The temperature fluctuated drastically whenever someone next door used their water. it was also missing a bidet which i found surprising in a hotel of this supposed caliber.
